I took this course since I have been allocated the responsibility for our Systematic Work Environment and needed to know more about the law, rules and responsibilities. I have 45 employees who report to me. I need to make sure we follow the Work Environment Laws, which are very different from the U.K. There is also the different cultural aspects to be aware of. It’s a good beginner’s level and gives you an understanding and Maria Steinberg has a very effective way of passing on the information by using examples she has encountered.
