In Sweden it is legislated that managers and supervisors must have knowledge of Work Environment in order to collaborate, and through their leadership promote a good Work Environment.
In this course you will gain an understanding of the aim with the Work Environment Law. You will understand how the Swedish Social Partner System is organized and the regulations concerning the Collective Agreements, responsibilities and roles in Work Environment, and what the legislation of Systematic Work Environment Management stipulates.
You will also get to know the rights and responsibilities of Safety Representatives, and how a Safety Committee works. The course also illustrates risks in Psychosocial Work Environment to some degree.
Who is the course Work environment law aimed at?
This course targets englishspeaking managers and employees who is in need of basic knowledges on the Swedish Work Environement regulations, or swedishspeaking employes who need to know the terminology in english.
